The horseradish ``Hakuho'', which is contract-grown in Hokkaido's high-quality soil, is seasoned with Hokkaido soy sauce. Since it is coarsely grated, you can enjoy the right texture and the sharp spiciness that hits your nose. Adding cheese makes the spiciness a little milder.
